Stockwaka is a voice-first inventory and sales system for Nigerian businesses that works inside WhatsApp. Shop owners record sales, restocks and credit by sending a voice note or a photo of a supplier invoice. Customers order from the shop’s WhatsApp link without downloading an app, and nearby shoppers can discover verified shops that have what they need.

Why Stockwaka exists
Starting where shops already are
Most shops in Nigeria keep their records in an exercise book, in memory, or not at all. Software built elsewhere expects typing, forms, a laptop and a steady connection. A market trader has none of those to spare — but does have WhatsApp, and already sends voice notes all day.
So Stockwaka starts there. The owner talks, a photo does the typing, and customers order in the chat they already use. Behind it sits one stock book that every voice note, counter sale and online order writes to, so the numbers always agree.
What we will not do
We never hold a customer’s money. Payments go to the shop’s own account, we take no cut of any sale, and we are paid through subscriptions.
We do not sell placement. Shops that customers discover through Stockwaka are ranked by distance — never by who paid, and never side by side on price.
We do not sell data. A shop’s records belong to the shop.
The founder
Stockwaka was founded by Kingsley Chijioke Udeaja, a software engineer with nine years of experience, much of it building back-end systems for financial institutions, and a degree in Information Technology.
