What you DO count — drinks, packs, your rice and oil — stays normal stock, so ALERTS still warns you. Just set a count:

Customers see a picture when they pick something from your shop link.

What we check before listing you
Customers who find you this way have never bought from you, so we only list shops that have earned it:
• a paid plan, and payment set up and verified
• your shop pinned on the map
• a real record of completed orders
• items priced and in stock
LIST ME shows you exactly what you still need — you're listed automatically once it's all done.

What customers say
Your rating, and how it is earned
REVIEWS — your rating and your latest feedback
Customers are asked how it went once you hand an order over — so mark orders collected, and the feedback comes on its own.
Your score on your shop link
A good score is shown to anyone opening your link, so new customers can see other people trust you. It appears once enough customers have rated you — REVIEWS tells you how far off you are.
If someone is unhappy
You are told privately, with what they said, so you can put it right. Nothing about a complaint is shown to other customers.
Nobody is asked twice in a fortnight, so your customers are never pestered.

VAT RETURN — VAT you charged, less VAT you paid on stock
Defaults to last month. Name one with VAT RETURN April.
It is a working from your own records — we do not file it.
BALANCE SHEET — what you own and what you owe
CLOSE — which months are finalised
CLOSE [month] — finalise one, e.g. CLOSE April
Nothing new can be recorded in a closed month, so the figures you showed your bank or your accountant stay put.
REOPEN [month] [why] — undo it, e.g.
REOPEN April I found Saturday's sales
Say what stock costs you when you restock, and what you spend with SPENT 3000 diesel — that is what makes these figures true.
