Say what you bought and what it cost — and your selling price too, if you know it.
Credit and repayments
"Chidi took 3 crates of eggs, he will pay next week" goes into your credit book. When he pays, say so and the balance updates.
A whole rush in one note
Too busy to record each customer? At closing, send one recap. It is split into as many as 20 separate transactions, and one unclear part never loses the rest.
Prices
"Maggi na ₦250 now" sets the selling price. Only the owner changes a price; an attendant’s price at the counter applies to that one sale.
Your language
English, Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo, and any mix of them. Naira the way you say it: "twenty-five k" is ₦25,000.

How transactions are counted
Each transaction counts toward your plan
Plans include a monthly number of transactions. A recap note counts each sale inside it, and a note Stockwaka could not understand counts nothing.

Questions people ask
Do I need to download an app to use voice inventory?
No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp. You send voice notes to the Stockwaka number the same way you send them to anyone else.
What if Stockwaka hears a product name wrong?
The confirmation shows exactly what was recorded, so a mistake is visible straight away. Correct a count with SET, rename a product with RENAME, or remove it with DELETE.
Can my attendant use it too?
Attendants sell from the counter app, which records sales by scan, tap or voice into the same stock book. Each attendant has their own PIN.
Does it work on a slow network?
Yes. A voice note is small and sends on 2G. Stockwaka lets you know it has the note straight away, then replies once it has been processed.
