When a customer pays a shop on Stockwaka, the money goes to that shop. We do not hold it, pool it, pay it out later or take a cut. This page explains exactly how that works.

How a customer’s payment reaches you

You set your payout account
Send your account number and bank. Paystack reads back the account holder’s name, and you confirm it before anything is saved.

Customers pay you
By bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, or by card through a Paystack link.

Card payments settle to you
Your account is your own settlement account on Paystack, with 0% going to Stockwaka. The order confirms itself when the payment succeeds.

You confirm transfers
When a customer pays by transfer and replies PAID, you check your bank and confirm the order.

Stockwaka is paid through your subscription and never takes a percentage of an order.

Money never sits with Stockwaka, so there is nothing to withdraw from us and no payout to wait for.
The right account, checked
The account name is read back from the bank before a shop can use it, so a typo does not send customers’ money to a stranger.
Changing banks is self-service
Send PAYMENT again with the new account. It is checked the same way.

Paystack’s own fees apply
Card payments are processed by Paystack, and Paystack’s standard transaction fees apply to them.
Discovery customers pay by card
A customer who found a shop through Stockwaka discovery must pay by card, so their money reaches a verified account.

Questions people ask
Does Stockwaka take a commission on my sales?
No. Stockwaka is paid through subscriptions only and never takes a percentage of a sale.
Do customers have to pay by card?
No. Bank transfer always works. Card payments are available once your account is verified, and are required only for customers who found your shop through discovery.
Can Stockwaka see or move money in my bank account?
No. Stockwaka is told when a card payment for an order succeeds, so the order can confirm itself. It cannot see your balance or move your money.
