How it works
A delivery booked in one picture
- 1
Photograph the invoice
Take a clear picture of the whole invoice, receipt or sales-book page and send it to Stockwaka.
- 2
Every line is read
Product names, quantities and prices are read from the picture. A supplier’s receipt is treated as stock coming in.
- 3
It asks when it is unsure
If a receipt could be a sale or a purchase, Stockwaka asks instead of guessing. A caption like "restock" skips the question.
- 4
Set your profit in one reply
Reply with a percentage. Every item with a known cost is priced that much above it, rounded up to the nearest ₦10.

Ways in
Get your stock in without typing it
Supplier invoices and receipts
Book in a delivery without typing a line. The cost of each product is saved, so your profit report knows what you paid.
Your sales book
Photograph a page of your sales jotter at closing, and each sale on it is recorded separately.
Your existing stock list
Already trading? Send your stock list as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. You see a preview, and nothing is saved until you reply YES.
Markup, not guesswork
MARKUP 10 prices the items that have no selling price yet. MARKUP 10 ALL reprices everything with a known cost, which helps after prices rise.

Getting the best results
Clear pictures read best
A blurred or cut-off invoice may be read wrongly. Check the confirmation, and correct any count with SET.
Old Excel files need saving first
Legacy .xls files are not supported. Open the file and save it as CSV or .xlsx, then send it again.
Your own prices are kept
A markup only fills in missing selling prices, unless you add ALL.
FAQ
Questions people ask
What kinds of pictures can Stockwaka read?
Supplier invoices, market receipts, photos of your shelf and pages of a handwritten sales book.
Does importing my stock list use up my monthly transactions?
No. Importing your opening stock is setting up, not trading. It does not count toward your plan and does not appear as sales in your reports.
What happens if I send the same stock file twice?
Nothing doubles. An import sets each product to the quantity in the file, so sending it again gives the same result.
Can I bring my product photos from my old website?
Yes. If your file has a column of photo links, as exports from Shopify and WooCommerce do, Stockwaka fetches the pictures after the import.
