How does Stockwaka know my profit?
From the cost you record when you restock, by voice note, invoice photo or file. Products without a cost are left out of the estimate, and the report tells you so.
Can I get a weekly report?
Yes. Type WEEK for the last seven days.
Do reports include counter sales and online orders?
Yes. Every sale — by WhatsApp, at the counter app or through an online order — goes into the same stock book, so the report covers all of them.
Does written-off stock reduce my profit figure?
No. Profit is the margin on what sold. Expired stock is shown separately, so you can see both numbers clearly.
