Desktop till (POS)
A till that keeps selling when the network does not.
Stockwaka’s Windows till holds its own copy of your catalogue. When the internet drops, your cashiers keep scanning, selling and printing receipts; every sale is queued and recorded exactly once when the connection returns.
Windows 10 or 11 · 64-bit · USB barcode scanners · 58mm thermal printers
At the counter
Made for a queue of real customers
Works offline
Sales are stored on the computer first and synced when the internet returns. Nothing is lost and nothing is recorded twice.
Scan, tap or speak
A USB barcode scanner works out of the box. Staff can also tap products on screen, or say the sale out loud.
Receipts and kitchen tickets
Prints customer receipts with your shop details and VAT, and sends kitchen order tickets to a separate printer.
Hold a ticket
A customer not ready to pay steps aside while you serve the next. The ticket survives a restart and a shift change.
Staff PINs and approvals
Each attendant signs in with their own PIN, so every sale is attributed. Reprints and unpriced items can require the owner’s approval.
Online orders at the counter
Orders from your WhatsApp storefront and website appear on the till for confirmation, with a picking slip printed for staff.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Does the Stockwaka till work without internet?
Yes. The till keeps a full copy of your catalogue on the computer, records sales offline and syncs them when the connection returns. Each sale is recorded exactly once.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computer with 4 GB of RAM. Any USB barcode scanner that types like a keyboard works, and receipts print on standard 58mm thermal printers.
How do I connect a till to my business?
Install the till, then generate a pairing code from your account. The till joins the branch you choose and downloads that branch’s catalogue.
Can restaurants use it?
Yes. Restaurants get a kitchen layout with dish photos and options, and orders can be sent to a kitchen printer before payment.
