A plug-in barcode scanner works with no setup. No barcode? Tap the product, or hold the voice button and say the sale.
Keeps selling when NEPA takes light
The terminal holds its own copy of your stock. When the network drops it keeps recording sales, then syncs everything the moment you are back online.
Prints receipts and picking slips
Works with common 58mm thermal printers. No printer at the counter? It stays quiet and simply records the sale.
Online orders land at the counter
Orders customers place through your shop link appear on the terminal, so your attendant can fulfil them without waiting on your phone.
Setting up
Four steps, about five minutes
Done once per computer. You will not need a technician.
Download and run the installer
It installs in a few seconds and does not ask for an administrator password. A Stockwaka POS shortcut appears on the desktop.
Send PAIR to Stockwaka on WhatsApp
From the phone number that owns the shop. You get back a code that looks like ABCD-EFGH. It lasts 15 minutes and works once.
Type the code into the terminal
The terminal pairs to your shop and pulls down your product list, prices and stock levels. Do this once per computer.
Add your attendants
Send STAFF ADD Ada 1234 on WhatsApp to give an attendant their own 4-digit PIN. Every sale is then recorded against whoever is on the till.

A few things before you install
Windows showed a blue warning when I opened the file
Tap “More info”, then “Run anyway”. Windows shows this for newly published apps until enough people have installed them. The file you downloaded from this page is the one we publish.
Do I have to reinstall when there is an update?
No. The terminal checks for updates on its own and installs them quietly in the background. You will not be interrupted mid-sale.
Can I put it on more than one computer?
Yes. Install it on each computer and send PAIR again for each one — every code works once, so each till gets its own. They all stay in sync.
What happens to sales made while the internet was down?
They are kept safely on the computer and sent up automatically once the connection returns. Nothing is lost and nothing is counted twice.
