Roles & permissions
Everyone sees what they need. Nobody sees more.
Add your team with their own sign-in and a role. Each role opens only the screens it needs, can be limited to chosen branches, and every change anyone makes is recorded.

Choose which branches each person can reach, or give them all.
Maker–checker
Journals submitted by staff wait for an accountant’s approval, and nobody can approve their own.

An append-only record of who changed what, and when.
Billing stays with the owner
Buying a plan and changing where money settles are kept to the owner.
PINs at the till

FAQ
Questions people ask
What roles does Stockwaka have?
Owner, manager, cashier, stock clerk, bookkeeper, accountant and viewer. Each role opens a defined set of screens and actions.
Can I see who changed something?
Yes. The audit trail records every change with the person and the time, and it cannot be edited.
Can I remove someone’s access immediately?
Yes. Suspending a user or signing out a device takes effect on their next action, not when a session expires.
