Only paying customers can report
A report needs a confirmed order at that shop, so reporting a rival costs a real purchase.

Reports act automatically
Reports remove a shop from discovery without waiting for anyone to read them. Being asked to pay into a different account is treated most seriously of all.

Removal is limited to recommendations
A removed shop keeps its own customers, its shop link and its orders. It simply stops being suggested to strangers.

Every removal is reviewed
Our team reviews each removal and can restore a shop that was reported unfairly.

Your shop pinned on the map
A location shared from inside the shop, so shoppers see how far away you are.
A record of completed orders
Orders from your own customers, which show the shop is really trading.
Priced products in stock
Shoppers are only ever sent to a shelf that has something to sell.
Good ratings from customers
A shop rated poorly by the people who bought from it is not recommended to strangers.
Some time trading
A brand-new account waits a while before it is recommended to people who have never bought there.

How do I report a shop?
In that shop’s chat, type REPORT. You need to have paid for an order at that shop.
Does a removed shop lose its customers?
No. Removal only stops a shop being recommended to new customers. Its own customers, shop link and orders are not affected.
