Inventory management
Every unit, every branch, one live count.
A sale at the till, an online order, a supplier delivery and a transfer between shops all move the same stock record the moment they happen. Your count, your cost and your books never have to be reconciled against each other, because they were never separate.

Why it stays right
Built so the number on screen is the number on the shelf
One ledger for every channel
The counter, the online storefront, voice notes, purchases and transfers all write through the same stock record. There is no second system to sync and nothing to drift.
Stock held per branch
Each shop holds its own count, price and low-stock level. Head office sees all of them together, or one at a time.
Transfers between branches
Move stock from one shop to another with a record at both ends. When one branch runs low and another has spare, Stockwaka suggests the move; a person approves it.
Expiry tracked by batch
Each delivery keeps its own expiry date and sales use the soonest-expiring batch first. Expired stock is held back from online sale and can be written off as a recorded loss.
Moving-average cost
Every delivery updates the average cost of what is on the shelf, so profit, margins and stock value are worked out from real costs.
Barcodes that learn
Scan an unknown barcode once and choose the product; it is recognised on every till from then on. Item codes from your old system are kept as references.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Can I see stock for all my branches in one place?
Yes. Every branch holds its own count, and the stock screens, reports and valuation can show one branch or all of them together.
How do I move my existing catalogue into Stockwaka?
Upload a CSV or Excel export from your current system. Stockwaka detects the columns, shows you a preview and only saves when you confirm. Files of up to 20,000 products are supported.
Does Stockwaka track expiry dates?
Yes, by batch. Each delivery keeps its own date, sales use the soonest-expiring batch first, and you are alerted before stock expires.
Can our ERP stay the master for stock?
Yes. The Partner Sync API lets your own system push stock into Stockwaka and pull orders back, so your ERP stays authoritative.
