Growth or above, with your payout account set up and its name confirmed through Paystack.

A location shared from inside the shop, so shoppers see how far away you are.
A record of completed orders
Orders from your own customers, which show the shop is really trading.
Priced products in stock
Shoppers are only ever sent to a shelf that has something to sell.

A shop rated poorly by the people who bought from it is not recommended to strangers.

How we keep it fair
The rules discovery keeps
Ranked by distance, never by price
Results show which shops have it and how far away they are. Prices appear once a shopper opens your shop.
Nobody can pay to rank higher
Placement in discovery is not for sale.
New customers pay by card
A shopper who finds you through discovery pays by card, so their money reaches a verified account.
It appears where enough shops qualify
Discovery only shows in an area once several verified shops are listed there, so it grows as more shops nearby join.
Reports are acted on automatically
Customers who paid a shop can report it, and reports can remove it from discovery. Your own customers and shop link are never affected.

Questions people ask
Does being listed cost extra?
No. Discovery is included with the Growth plan and above.
Will my prices be shown next to other shops?
No. Results list shops by distance only. A shopper sees your prices when they open your shop.
How do shoppers find listed shops?
They message the Stockwaka number and say what they want, by text or voice note, or type FIND while shopping. They share their location and see nearby shops that have it.
Why is my shop not showing yet?
Type LIST ME to see what is still needed. Discovery also only appears in areas where several shops qualify.
Can I stop being listed?
Yes. Type LIST ME OFF at any time. Your own shop link keeps working.
