Comparing business software? Ask these questions first.

Most inventory and POS systems look alike in a demo. The differences show up later: when the internet drops, when you open a second branch, or when your accountant asks for a balance sheet. Below is what to check in any system, and how Stockwaka answers each point.

Web panel · Mobile app · Windows till · WhatsApp

At a glance

What sets Stockwaka apart

One system, one ledger

Stock, sales, purchases and accounts live in one system. There is no exporting between an inventory tool and an accounting package, and nothing to reconcile between them.

A till that works offline

The Windows till keeps scanning, selling and printing receipts when the internet drops, and records each sale exactly once when it returns.

Built for several branches

Each branch keeps its own stock, prices and tills. Transfers are counted in at the receiving branch, and head office sees every branch together.

Real accounting

A double-entry general ledger with a trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, bank reconciliation and month-end close.

Web, phone and WhatsApp

Run the back office in any browser, check the business on the mobile app, and record sales by voice note or invoice photo on WhatsApp.

Online orders, paid to you

Customers order from your WhatsApp shop link or your own website and pay into your account. Stockwaka takes no cut of a sale.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is Stockwaka only a WhatsApp tool?
